  • All orders are shipped out by FedEx or UPS.
  • Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to customer once order is shipped.
  • We only ship to the Lower 48 States, no current shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, nor Guam.
  • We do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.
  • Most in-stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 2-5 days.

Soon after you place your order, you should receive an email with your shipment notification and tracking information. Please use your tracking number to search on official websites.

Please Note:

  • Some large items are sent in separate parcels and may arrive at different times. Each parcel will have a tracking number.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to holidays, bad weather, and other factors beyond our control. During those instances, we appreciate your patience.
  • Our Free Delivery service does not require a signature, and your order may be delivered to your door. Please check your tracking number. It will offer an estimated delivery date for your item’s arrival. If a package is delivered to the correct address, FedEx and UPS do not honor claims of lost packages. Such claims will not be covered by Jaxpety.
